1990 Nissan Primera

The spoiler seems to have fallen off

Engine specifications and modifications

The Primera comes with a 2.0 litre, fuel-injected, 4-cylinder, twin cam, 16 valve, n/a engine. The transmission is a 5-speed manual. Modifications at the moment include chrome extractors and a full 2.25 inch exhaust exiting out a 4" stainless steel boiler angled Japanese drift style. The factory air box has been taken out and a Blitz pod air filter with heat shield and air intake piping has been put in its place. Performance spark plugs have also been added. The wheels of the Primera now spin very easily and the revs climb higher, faster.

The P10 rides on 17" Advanti Racing Vallen's, on 205/35 Yokohama rubber. The factory bodykit remains, with a modified front lip to incorporate the air intake scoop. All the badges have been removed and the windows tinted with AL tints.

The interior is all black, except for the Momo Race steering wheel which is gold to match the future plans of gold rims.

Sound System

Running the show is a 4-channel Earthquake amplifier, this powers the 18" Cerwin-Vega XL-series subwoofer and the Pioneer 6" by 9" 4-way speakers at the rear. Up front are a pair of Ultimate 6" mids and tweeters, which run off a Pioneer CD head unit.

Future Plans

When he's saved his pennies or blown his engine, Ken plans to rip out the SR20DE and drop in a SR20DET, front mount a huge ass intercooler, add a Blitz blow-off valve to match his air filter and run a mad boost level. Fully kit out the P10 with a custom bodykit, slap on the gold rims and call it a day.
